Cleaning Process PDF  | Print |

Cleaning a handwoven rug is a multi-step process from vacuuming, to washing, to drying. Care is taken every step of the way to ensure your investment is maintained and your rug is brought back to its original beauty. And, not all rugs are created equal. Different weaves and different dyes require different cleaning techniques. An important fact:  NOT ALL RUG CLEANERS KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.  We recommend having your rugs professionally cleaned by a certified rug cleaner.

Oriental has THREE Certified Rug Specialists on staff.
